1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 2000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.May I have your samples?

Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL,TNT or UPS .If you have a collect account ,it will be fine to ship with your account;if not ,you can pay the freight charge to us ,and then we will ship the samples to you .It takes about 2-4days to reach your company.

3.How long is the sample lead time ?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.

If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

IGS ,STP ,CDR ,AI is workable .

We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software .

6.How many colors are available?

You can advise us  a pantone no. or colour sample ,  we will according it to do for you.

7.What is your payment terms?

Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T , 30% deposit and the balance against copy os B/L .We also accept L/C at sight .
