Surveillance Camera shipping condition:
Express:
1. DHL is our first choice to dispatch goods. We have long relationship with Hong Kong DHL. Good price, good service. You will receive goods usually 4-5 days.
2. TNT is very economy by some European countries, usually TNT Economy is the cheapest way, you will receive goods in one week.
3. UPS is good choice for some of Asia & Europ countries. You will receive the goods around 4-5 days.
4. Fedex is a better way for some island countries. Fedex Economy also accepted. You will receive the goods around 4-7 days.
5. EMS usually for some countries hard to do customs clearance, such as Ukraine or Russia, you do not need pay tax. But, EMS only for small package.

1.DVR Card problem;
(1). Check the BNC connector of the DVR channels, if the image also have the image interference., it must be the DVR Card problem.
(2). DVR ground wire do not connect it well. Check the gournd wire if not , add it and restart the DVR without outage.
2.DVR single channel or few channel has image interference, flicking and a line in the middle of the image.
(1). Check the Security camera is working well;
(2). Check th BNC is good one;
(3). Check the video line.
3. PTZ Camera or High speed dome can not control it;
(1). Check DVR RS-485 port is working well;
(2). Check the Voltage of RS-485 beside the Zoom modules and PTZ;
(3). Separate testing. Check each channel conncect to DVR, and find the one which can not control it;
(4). Check the decoder or hardware of ptz camera;
(5). Address, baud rate, and protocol.
4.Box camera, all in one camera no video image;
AC220 Voltage is regular;
Power supply output and input;
RS-485 or BNC Connector is right and well.
5.Black screen for monitor;
AC 220V voltage is regular.
Check the monitor on your computers.
6.DVR keyboard can not be controlled;
(1). DVR DC 12V is ok;
(2). Electrical current is OK.
7.DVR has Alarm noise.
(1). HDD has problems or fault;
(2). Video loss;
(3). Alarm signal has been triggered.
