During plyometric workouts, you can hold a Powerbag while jumping, to boost power and stability. Hold in different positions, for example over your head or under your arm to challenge your muscles from different angles for a really effective total body workout.

For example put one hand on the bag and one on the floor, or place the bag perpendicular to your body and place your hands shoulder-width apart on the bag or put the Powerbag parallel to your body with both hands on the bag for a narrow grip.
