PhoenixTM “Sharpmaxx” new hybrid concrete floor polishing pad is obviously more aggressive and brings longer life than the normal Resin polishing pads. Depending on the initial conditions of the concrete floor, PhoenixTM Sharpmaxx new Hybrid diamond polishing Pads are usually used after coarse grinding with Metal polishing Pads or Diamond Cup Wheels. The PhoenixTM Sharpmaxx new Hybrid polishing pads actually start the polishing process as they begin to close the pores of the floor.
PhoenixTM “Sharpmaxx” new hybrid concrete floor polishing pads offer all the of a smooth Resin polishing pads but the advantages of longer life and the aggressiveness associated with Metal grinding pads. After rough grinding with a Metal grinding pad, the scratch pattern typically cannot be removed by a Resin pad, the PhoenixTM Sharpmaxx Hybrid pads solve the problem.
Additionally, their life is much longer than resin pads (50,000 to 65,000 sq. ft). These thicker pads (9mm) are used on heavy weight machines such as 21" floor grinding Machine/floor grinder. The PhoenixTM “Sharpmaxx” hybrid pads are not used on lightweight floor machines.
