For use on fluting stones
Used to precisely finish flutes on drain boards, fireplace surrounds and other decoration.
The set of fluting wheels come with position
1 vacuum brazed diamond wheel (30-40 grit diamond),
then followed by 50 grit, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit resin bond diamond fluting wheels.
Use vacuum brazed diamond fluting wheel to grind the shape before using the polishing fluting wheels.

Q1.What materials can I use resin pads on?
This resin pad is designed for use on granite,marble and engineered stone.
Q2. Can I use this resin pad on different tool?
Wet&dry polishing pad is designed to be used the low RPM.Ordinary angle grinder are much too fast and will cause the pads to burn.Only a water--feed machine will supply enough water to the resin pad.Do not try to run on high-speed machines that run above 4000 RPM.You can use electric or air wet polisher with low RPM.
Q3.Do we really need a center water-feed ?
The wet&dry resin pad is designed to be used on a center water-feed tool.This tool distributes water evenly on the pad.
Trying to get the job done any other way will only guarantee you frustration,,lack of polish,and waste of time and money.We recommend using the Air wet polisher---RZ5500AR,
electric stone wet polisher---DTRWP900 or electric stone wet polisher---RZ800T.All these polishers have a center water-feed system.
Q4.What RPM speed is best?
Wet&dry polishing pad is designed to operate in the range of 2000-3500 RPM.We suggest don't exceed 4000 RPM.
Exceeding 4000 RPM will only wear the pads quicker and quality of polish will be disappointing.
Q5.What sizes are this pad offered in?
These pads are available in 3'',4'' and 5''.The 4''/100mm diameter is the most common size of polishing pads and can be adapted for many applications by using smaller-sized backer pad.
Q6.What are the different backer pads used for?
Raizi have many of rubber backer pads like super soft,midium,hard.Plastic backer pads,aluminum snail lock backer pads ,rigid backer pad.
Q7.How can I tell our customers about they don't like to get wet when polishing?
Fabrication is easier,faster and much healthier when the material is worked wet with a quality diamond system.Breathing dust generated by dry polishing techniques is very unhealthy.A higher quality polish is obtained with wet
