Answer : Send Inquiry to us → Specification Confirmation → Quotation → Sample List Confirm→ Proforma Invoice → Payment Bank Slip → Sample Delivery → Sample Satisfactory → Bulk Order List → Proforma Invoice → Deposit Payment in Advance → Production Ready →Rest Balance bank slip → Delivery → After Sale Service
2. What is the warranty?

Answer : 1~2 years warranty is offered depending on different types of products. If item fails due to quality problem during warranty, we can send new replacement with freight on ours immediately if urgently. Or we prefer to send replacement with next order.
3. What is the payment term?

Answer : For regular Client, we can offer a small amount of free samples, but we need you to take the freight. And for new Clients, we need to charge full amount for samples and freight. It would be appreciated if you can advise us your FedEX, UPS, DHL account No. so that the freight can be collected at your side.
5. Can I add my logo on the product label?

Answer : Sample is available in 3-5 working days, Big order is avilable normally in 6~15 days after deposit received .
