IV. Our Machine Advantage
A. Compared with other factory, our wire is bold, the price is higher than others. The advantage is: aging slow, no heat. Even the machine shake, it is no matter to pull the wire or not when service.
B. The motherboard of our machine are all made by hard notch steel, have big rack and heavy. With the same forming area, the advantage of bigger rack: more stable, fastness, low noise, durable. The disadvantage of smaller rack: shake heavily, shifting.

V.Main Construction Features
The sheet feeding pin chain is controlled by servo motor, The feeding length is more precise and it can be adjusted in parameter setting through touch screen.
The stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by servomotor.
The operation is controlled by PLC with touch screen.
Adopt two pillars to fix the mould.
Adopt hydraulic system to drive the movement of the mould.
Fill oil automatically to lubricate mechanism movement at certain time.
Temperature control modules to control each temperature area.
Machine production process started from sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke.
Machine frame adopts square steel, more stable and serviceable.
Convenient operation, reliable performance, low noise and high quality.
