1. Our products are targeted for the overseas demanding market, and we have a strong sense of responsibility for the quality, we consider quality as our life.

2. We choose good suppliers to work together; the main fittings are mostly from Japan, Taiwan and other top suppliers.

3. We carry on periodic training to our staffs, in order to enhance their consciousness of quality.

4. All the components should be checked carefully before assembling, thus, we can make sure that the broken or deficient  components will not be fixed to the bikes.

5. Each Ebike will be strictly inspected before packing and shipping out to insure that they could be satisfied with you. 

6. We always try to improve the quality of our products, meanwhile we pay much attention to our customer service, we will provide a certain amount of free spare parts to you when you place a quantity order, quality problems will be solved at the first time when you come across it.

1. Q: Can I get some samples? 

    A: Sure. We are honored to offer you samples for quality check.

2. Q: Do you have the products in stock?

    A: No. All bikes are to be produced according to your order including samples.

3. Q: What’s the delivery time?

     A: For sample order, the delivery time is about 20days; the delivery time is about 30days based on 

         container order. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.

4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

    A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be 

        less than MOQ.

5. Q: What payment can you accept? 

    A: By TT payment . We always accept 100% payment for sample order; for container quantity, 

        we we can do 30% payment in advance, and the rest would be paid before shipment.
