WARRANTY

All of our products are guaranteed and backed by our technical assistance and considerate service. Furthermore, we usually send you a certain percentage of spare parts free of charge based on 40HQ container order, and the value should be equal to 2% of the total payment. During the guaranteed period, any of the parts could be replaced upon receipt of your photos for proof. We can also offer training service for your staff at our factory if needed.

4. Handle bar, stem, brakes (excluding brake shoes and pads): 12 months

6. Paintwork (excluding deliberate or accidental damage): 24 months

The warranty is only valid within the country the bicycle was purchased. Whereas, it is not valid for normal wear, misuse or neglect, improperly operation, damage or failure due to accident, parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible, modification of the frame, fork or other main components.

All the components should be checked carefully before assembling, thus, we can make sure that the broken or deficient components will not be fixed to the bikes.

Each E-bike will be strictly inspected before packing and shipping out to insure that they could be satisfied with you.
