Bestry outdoor wood plastic composite decking is made of the eco-friendly wpc materials.
1)30% HDPE(Grade A recycled plastic)
2)60% wood fiber(professionally treated dry wood fiber)
3)10% chemichal additives(Anti-UV agent, Anti-oxidation agent, stabilizers, pigments, lubricants, reinforcing agent...etc.)
2.ACCESSORIES FOR OUTDOOR COMPOSITE FLOORING

Anticorrosive wood installation Scheme:
1.Construction Technology flow: prepare for working---flattening(the handover inspection at the grass-roots level)----
casting control line----anticorrosive wood cross arm----railing installed---polishing paint-------product potection
2.Basic level processing requirements:
2.1 the basice level of ground should be have enough strength,its strength should accord with design requirements.
2.2 the surface of basic level should flat and neatly,make sure that the basic level through cheaking out then Wood-plastic
composite
2.3 If the surface of the ground is irregularlity ,you should flat the ground first.
3.Installing the Anticorrosive wood
3.1 Processed the mateial ,the size should be matched well
3.2 The anticorrosive wood in outdoor,the common size :400*8*6cm
3.3 According to the requirement of the predesign to make sure the installing derection of anticorrosive floor.
3.4 The spacing between of the ossa draconis should accord with the requirment of design.The space of installing ossa draconis should not be too large when install fixing the ossa draconis .It is about 60~80cm.Make sure that the floor is supported by an ossa draconis when installing the floors. You should use 50*50*5 indices in connecting the floor.
4.PAVE THE FLOOR
4.1 the common size of anticorrosive wood floor : 400*12*50cm ,400*15*5cm,the space of between two floors is 5 mm.
4.2 When you intall the first floor ,the outside of flat stain steel use (D:4*45) toenail in 55 angle.The other side 8-10cm
tapping screw hold down.
