Summarize
The CIP system is responsible for washing operation of filling machine. This system have two type equipments: one is semi-automatic equipment, one is automatic equipment.
The washing system is control automaticity. All washing techniques parameter (washing time, PH value, washing temperature, washing order) can be preestablished some cleanout order number on operating touching screen. When need to wash, worker appoints the equipment need washing on touching screen, selects cleanout order number, startup system, and the CIP equipment will finish the washing process automatically one by one according to the preestablished order, and it also can callback automatically according to subsection of ache, alkali and water.
The system has the functions of water replenishing automatically and PH replenishing automatically, adjusting temperature automatically, showing temperature, consistency, liquid level, and simulation flow estate and acousto-optic alarm. The system has two functions of automatism and manual drive, and all kinds of parameters can be amended on touching screen. The functions of manual drive and amending parameters have password protect.
