- Pistons are mostly made from Eutectic Aluminum Silicon alloy with excellent properties as low thermal expansion coefficient duty heat treated after casting for proper microstructure and hardness 70-80 hrb to achieve good mechanical properties to work in hot conditions.
- Pistons are machined with close tolerances as per requirements.
We manufacture cylinder liners and blocks from centrifugally casted, shell casted with closely grained cast irons. Our cylinder liners are heat treated. Further, our cylinder bores are cross honed and diameters are properly ground finish to achieve the highest level of accuracy.

Valve Guide are made from grey cast iron alloy with high Phosphorous content to provide high wear resistance and improves working properties in poor lubrication conditions. Valve Guide are made to accurate dimension as per OE standards and the inner bore is also finished to Perfect size, not usually done by Competitors.

Crown International Piston Rings are made from high quality Grey C.I. Castings (Individual Casting) with an ideal combination of free and combined carbon to provide prolonged working life. The casting used has a very fine grain to provide high tension even at elevated temperatures of high-speed engines.
Types Of Rings
- Cast Iron Rings : These rings are made from graded Prelatic Cast Iron alloy. Machined to close tolerances as recommended by O.E. (Original Equipment)
- Steel Ring Chrome Plated : These rings are made of high Tensile special steel machined to proper sizes with Chrome plating from 100 to 200 microns as required by the buyers. This is used in Heavy Duty Diesel Engines.
- SG Iron Casted Rings : These rings are made of SG Iron castings and recommended for Heavy Duty Diesel Engines, specially 3 ring design Piston.
