1.Product use the specialized steel CF53 for c.v.joint while designing,refining the material inner organization through normalizing,increasing the the strength and abrasion resistance of the product.

2.Rubber boot,material is CR,the performance could meet the request of GB/T528,GB/T529,GB-T7762,GB-T1689,GB/T1682.

3.Material of Clamp is 1Cr13Ni9,with high strength and anticorrosive.

4.The company adopts special c.v.joint oil grease with anticorrosive,could absorb the degree of -40℃ to 170℃.The oil grease with excellent abrasion resistance to reduce the abrasion while working.Meanwhile it is with good high-and-low temperature performance.

5.Online testing and bench test are proceeded according to the standard of GB/T10189-2010 for all the product.

6.All the products are producing according to the TS16949-2009 managerment system to ensure the detection of every product before shipping.

7.All the products meet the request of OEM,assembly testing was done to ensure the reliability.

8.Component part of inner &outer c.v.joint are under grinding after heattreatment.Especially for DOJ,DF series,this is what other company does not have.The precision and working life will be better after grinding.
