1.  Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

 > We are not manufacturer. But we have plenty of cooperated factories and we have a strict 

    QC system, we are able to provide products of  high quality with reasonable price.

 > Remember this important point: not all factories give you the lowest price, especially when 

    your qty is lower than their MOQ.

2.  What is the payment method?

 > For sample order, please pay 100% by T/T or through paypal once the order is 

    confirming.

 > For mass order, 30% deposit once confirming the order via T/T and balance before 

    shipment.

3.  Should we pay for the sample fee?

 > It depends, if we have sample in stock, you only need to pay the shipping fee;  if not, 

    you need to pay the mold fee if it need to open mold for the product, but we will refund 

    after confirming the order.

4.  How long to make a sample?

> 7-30 days which depends on the samples' complexity. 

5.  Do you accept trial order?

> Absolutely we do. If your order quantity is less than MOQ, it doesn’t matter, 

   because even a long journey begins with a single step.

6.  Could I put my own logo on it?

> Sure, customers' logo can be made by laser, printing or metal logo, etc.
