Q: What information should I tell you if I want to get a quotation for Custom sportswear?

A: You should give us following related order details for Custom sportswear before a quotes can be provided:

1. the fabric material and its GSM, order quantity, sizechart, PMS pantone color code NOT CMYK; 

2. Your own design, if possible, please also provide the picture for check ,then we can help you design.

3. Workmanship technique to be used whether it is full sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill, pvc vinyl transfer plate print, patch etc

4. Special requirments for sewing, packing, zipper etc

Q: Do you have stock products to sell ?

A: Yes, we have stock basketball and soccer jersey to sell. Also we work OEM order.

Q: When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?

A: The format you can choose: PDF, CDR, AI vector files

Q: How many days will samples be finished ? And how about the mass production?

A: Generally , 7-10days for sample making. The lead time of mass production will depend on

quantity , production art, etc. 14-20days for small quantity.

Q: Do you provide mini print on fabric piece sublimation proof before production and inspect the finished products  before shipment?

A: Yes. We only start mass production once sublimation proof is confirmed by clients. Each

product will be inspected by QC before shipping.

Q: Is children's size having the same price as the adult?
A: Yes, when sewing an adult's or a children's order it takes the same amount of time. 

Q: Can you replicate my order if I provide you a sample?
A: Yes if you give us fabric details, PMS and vectore file design.

Q: What if we do a reorder and we cannot get a full order of 10 pieces or more?
A: Price is the same if you reorder less than 10 pcs to replace lost or worn-out jersey with same design, size, number etc.
