1. Are your super ice bag safe enough for human body?
All of our material, PVC, soft plush, aqua peas, micro-beads and other fabric, is non-toxic. We have MSDS, TRA, SGS and ITS test report. Our products have FDA certification, comply with EN-71, CPSIA.
2. What is your MOQ and packing way?
MOQ: For current model style, MOQ is 1000pcs per color, if new developed item, it depends. By the way, the more quantity you buy, the much cheaper price will be offer.
Packing: Usually we use soft PVC pouch or acetate box for each products, that will looks much outstanding, but if customer needs other package such as simple polybag or insert card with nylon bag, we can also meet this request. We also advise bulk packing for promotion items.
3. Can you make color according to PANTONE?
Sure we can make your color according to samples or any PANTONE. Price is the same for current color and special color. That’s quite easy for us since we have excellent product team, we do not only manufacturing, but also creating.
4. Can you make customized logo printing?
Suitable printing ways will be choose depends on your design for different items. Usually we will choose silk print. Our printing ink is eco-friendly, with no toxic. Different print color can be choose from any PANTONE colors.
5. How long will it take to produce after the orders are placed.
It depends on your quantity and color. Normally we can deliver the goods in 20-35 days after receive your deposit.
6. Can you supply free samples?
Sample within 3pcs is free of charge, if more samples needed, that depends. If need your printing or your own shape, we need discuss depending on the printing or model cost.
7. What is your payment term?
For first time we prefer to T/T, at least 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L.
