1. Description of 3D snack food production line :
3D snack food production line is improved and developed by Jinan Kelid Machinery Co., Ltd. combined with years of experience and foreign technology. This production line is fully automatic and easy to operate. It use wheat flour, corn starch, potato starch as main materials, through mixing, extruding, cutting and drying to produce various shapes pellets, such as shell, screw, square tube, circular tube, etc. After frying and flavoring, these pellets will become crispy and delicious snacks food which are popular with many people.
a. Raw Materials: adopts corn flour, rice powder as raw materials
b. Products: different shapes are made by adjusting the dies from extruder
