High Quality Full Automatic Snacks Extruder
Puffed corn snacks food is one kind of nutritional convenient snack food which is produced by this snacks extruder. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc. And you can also produce the cored filling puff snack food with the same line. All the snack food produced by the equipment are crispy, easy to be digested and popular with moder people home and abroad.
Flow Chart:
Mixer-Screw conveyor-Twin screw extruder-Air conveyor-Dryer-Flavor machine(Roller)-Cooling machine
Taking KLD- 65 as example, it is the standard configuration for the snacks extruder.
Mixer
Mixer makes the raw material adding to water and liquid chemical additive fully mixed
Screw Conveyor.
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.
Twin Screw Extruder.
The Twin-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system.
Air Conveyor
1. Air conveyor conveys the food relying on the wind-force from the blower.
2. It is more suitable for the long distance conveying
Dryer
The heating way is electricity heating. It is used to bake and dry food.
Flavor Machine
The stainless steel flavor machine is used to spray powder flavor to the snacks. We can control the spraying quantity via the different speed.
Core Filler
This machine is used to produce core filling snacks production line.
Multi-function Shaper
This part is used to shape the shapes of puffed corn snacks.The final shapes will be very plain.
Roller and Oil Sprayer
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with puffed corn snacks evenly.
Packing:
Inside: plastic bag for the snacks extruder.
Outside: wooden case (adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets depended on clients' requirement).
Transportation:
Shipping, train, express, or upon clients’ demands.
