GLORYSTAR Art and Craft 3D Dynamic Focus Laser Marking Machine adopts the coherent RF laser generator, imported from the USA, is characterized by large power, high-quality light spot, stable power and long service life. The machine has been enabled to run more stable and with even longer service life by utilizing the dual water cooling system for RF (Radio Frequency) laser generator and for the extender lens. The USB interface bus has been adopted for the control (MCU) board, which supports the off-line operating, stepper motor with X, Y, Z, and R axis, start-up and stopping marking by external control. It also supports the Ture Type font, the letter, 1D barcode, 2D barcode, compatible to the normal format (bmp, jpg, tif), and the vector figurations (plt, dxf).

Optical Design

It adopts totally sealed path laser optical system, maintenance-free without adjustment. Therefore, it can be fixed whenever it is required.

Mechanical Design

The 3 axes laser scanning system features compact structure, dust-proof, easy and accurate to be fixed, strong anti-jamming. It has been taken into full consideration to eliminate the heat problem from the scanning motor and driver board in its design, which ensures the stability of the system under the conditions of long-time running.
