Please contact us firstly when there is a problem with items you received.Please contact us firstly before sending items back to us,and we don't accept returns without contacting us. We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached. 

Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day. 

For exchanges,if it is because of our mistakes and cause quality problem and other problems, we will pay the shipping cost. If not,the clients pay all shipping cost.
