Double blade plastic powder granular mixer
Horizontal nongravity mixer is a Koreantechnical latemodel mixing equipment with high efficiency, high uniformity, high loading coefficient but low energy cost, low pollution and low crush. Agitators, designed in special angle, rotates in same but opposite direction and shows a nice mixing, smashing, dispersing results. It is widely used in powder-powder, powder-liquid, powder-particles mixing. It is also able to used for materials in different specific gravity and particles in a wide range of sizes.
Working Principle
Horizontal non-gravity mixer consists of conveying part, blade-type agitator, twin U-shape working chamber. Multi-row-chain-driven or gear-driven reducer drives the main shaft to rotate. The paddles on dual-shaft is arranged with a special angle, which rotate reversely at the same speed, to ensure the materials are splashed in radial, axial, and circle directions, forming a compound effect of cross circulation, shearing and mixing, thus achieve uniform mixing within a short time.
