NBR (Nitril Butadiene Rubber) is a kind of rubber which has good oil resistance, wear resistance and tear resistance. Besides,its air-tightness is another bright spot. It can work long under 120°C.But NBR is a semiconductor, so it is not suitable for insulating parts.

1. NBR profiles are kinds of rubber extrusions.They have no standard shapes, colors, or durometer hardness. They are totally customized. Customers need to provide with their own design and drawings, or the assemble parts for us to give a price. Now our company can make the biggest width 160mm.

2. Most of the time the hardness range of NBR profiles is 50-70 Shore A. But NBR foam is 25-50 Shore C. Color is black. 

3. Types of O-ring, E-type, U-type, etc, can make on your size. Different sizes of Oil Seal, Rubber Seal, Rubber Gasket, O-Ring, etc.  You could option the color you like on the Oil O-Ring, Oil seal, Rubber Seal, Rubber Gasket: Black, red, white, yellow, brown, green, violet, etc, depending on your own order.
