Leemin FAX series

FAX series mini tank-mounted return filters are used for return oil fine filtration in hydraulic system to remove metal particles produced by worn parts and rubber impurities produced by worn sealing elements, so thus to keep the return oil clean. The filters have the feature of compact structure, convenient installation, big capacity of oil flow, small pressure loss and easy to replace.

Leemin RFB series

RFB series with check value magnetic return filters are used for return oil fine filtration in hydraulic system to remove metal particles produced by worn parts and rubber impurities produced by worn sealing elements, so thus to keep the return oil clean.

XNL series

XNL series in-tank return filters are new series our factory developed. They are installed in the return line of the hydraulic system to remove metal particles produced by worn parts and rubber impurities produced by worn sealing elements, so thus to keep the return oil clean.

ZU QU series

ZU-H, QU-H series pressure line filters are installed in the pressure line of hydraulic system to remove mechanical impurities that mixed in the oil and colloid, asphaltene and carbon residue that produce from the hydraulic oil chemical change. The filter element, which takes glass fiber as filter medium, has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, big capacity of oil flow, small initial pressure loss and big impurity-holding capacity.

WU XU series

WU and XU series suction filters are coarse filters, which are generally installed at the inlet port of an oil pump to protect oil pumps from sucking big mechanical impurities. The filters have simple structure, big capacity and low oil-flow resistance. The filters have wire mesh type and line clearance type, and the connection types are thread and flange.

ZU QU WU XU-A return filter series

ZU,QU,WU and XU-A return filters are installed at the return line of a hydraulic system to remove metal powder produced by worn parts and rubber impurities produced by worn sealing elements, so thus to keep the return oil clean and help the system oil recycle. The filter can be divided into four types: chemical fiber, paper, wire mesh and line clearance. Chemical fiber type has a better filter effect and higher accuracy than paper type. It is hard to clean when the chemical fiber and paper filter elements are blocked, so the filter elements have to be replaced.

Class fiber filter elements have advantages of high filtration accuracy, big oil-flow capacity, small initial pressure loss and big impurity holding capacity. The filter ratio β3, 5, 10, 20≥200, filter efficiency n≥99.5%, fit ISO standard.
