Advantage of semi trailer with 3 axle
1. The inner discharging devices of semi trailer with 3 axle are set at cylinders for discharging the residual liquid left in cylinders at any time, which can prevent the stress corrosion on cylinder body induced by hydrogen sulfide contained in residual liquid to extend the service life of cylinders.
2. Safety devices (rupture disk + fusible plug structure ) of semi trailer with 3 axle are used at both ends of cylinder to improve the safety feature greatly.
3. The steel belts and bolts for fixing cylinders of semi trailer with 3 axle become wider and bigger respectively which can increase the pull of steel belts to avoid cylinders turning during transportation.
4. semi trailer with 3 axle with ABS interface and control device.
5. Hexagonal structure of end plug is changed to short column + hexagonal. The column part can block the anti-rotation peg to avoid falling off.
