1) Is the color durable ?
Yes, our vinyl banners are printed by Solvent or Eco-solvent ink, the colors are durable for outdoor use around 2 years.
2) What will you do if there is the quality issue ?
If any quality problem from banner itself, we will reprint the banner for you without any charge from you.
3) What is your lead time?
For 100sqm------5days. 200sqm----7days. 500sqm---------10days, 1000sqm--------15days. 5000sqm--------25days.
4) Can you arrange the shippment for me ?
Yes, and our shipping price is very favorable, as we have large discounts from TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc, also we have the long-term partnership with the shipping company .
5) Do you design for me, if do, how much for one design ?
Yes, we have the professional design dept. and the design is free for you.
