Production process

1. The material of moulds will be depended on your requirements on products and total quantity. 

2. Core and Cavity surface with Chrome plating can prolong mould life and surface glossy of products.

3. We have material engineers, who can adjust the material components according to your detailed requests such as strength, fire resistance rating, color and so on.

4. According to products, we will adjust working pressure, working temperature,solidifying time for the machine.

5. Trim the burrs and then polish the surface. Painting is available if you required painted surface.

6. Every piece will be wrapped with air bubble paper, then packed into carton boxes or plywood shelves.
