Hi, We are looking to create lightweight elastomer coils which are flexible, lightweight, and are deformable perpendicular to their length. In stretched final form, these helixes would be approx 60mm OD and 2000mm in length. Approx 40 turns with 3-4mm cross section diameter.  We would eventually require high volume of these parts from a process like this. 

 I’m intrested in sugar paper, for example 1000 packs (25 sheet a pack) And wafer paper 0.3 and 0.6 mm — also 1000 packs each position
