We are an overseas furniture manufacturer looking for a long-term equipment supplier. We plan to purchase a single-worktable, reciprocating heating hood vacuum laminating machine for PVC film lamination on door panels and furniture hardware. Key technical requirements: - Structure: Single worktable, heating hood moves reciprocally (linear guide or roller guide, manual or pneumatic shifting). - Effective working size: minimum 2400 mm × 1250 mm. - Worktable surface: leveled and covered with perforated galvanized sheet for durability and lamination quality. - Vacuum system: high-performance vacuum pump with air displacement not less than 40–65 m³/h (please specify brand and power), plus a 200L vacuum tank. - Heating module: high-density infrared heating tubes for even temperature control, especially at edges and corners. - Control system: PLC/touchscreen control (e.g., Delta or other known brands) with digital setting of temperature, vacuum, heating and holding time, and automatic lamination mode. Optional features (please quote separately): - Transverse film-saving bar for small parts. - Pneumatic opening/closing and locking of the pressing frame. - Forced air cooling system for workpieces after forming. - Observation window on the front/side of the heating hood. - Infrared thermometer for precise film surface temperature monitoring.
