Our automatic tool changing machining center consists of two models with 8 cutting tool positions in a row and bamboo hat-like magazine respectively. Our products feature a fast and stable performance. The speed to change the cutting tool is very fast, while the maintenance is simple and failure rate is low. Our products adopt powerful, state-of-the-art CNC machining system. It could receive data from U disk or network connection. With a servo motor, our products could achieve high precision processing, smooth running and produce little noise.
Our automatic tool changing machining center is equipped with a high-precision guideway to provide smooth operation and high precision, which can also effectively extend the life of our products. Industrial-grade ball screw is used in the Z-axis of the products to make sure accurate positioning. Adsorption countertops, rotating unit and cleaning device are optional for our machines to make a great place to work. In addition, our products are compatible with multiple CAD / CAM design softwares, such as TYPE3, Artcam, JD, Wentai carving, UG, MasterCAM, PowerMill and others.

2, Furniture industry: Solid wooden doors, composite doors, cabinet doors, interior doors, sofa legs, headboards, antique furniture and superficial flower-shaped engraving of various plate-type furniture and disposable finishing of process such as unlocking holes.
3, Mould industry: Casting wooden molds, precise making for disappeared mold casting foam, food molds (such as: moon cake molds).
