I am looking for fixed removable insect screens for windows, supplied fully assembled (not as DIY cutting kits). – Frame: extruded aluminium, preferably alloy 6063-T5 or 6063-T6, powder-coated white (RAL 9016). Please specify profile dimensions, wall thickness, alloy grade, and powder-coating thickness. – Mesh: black or dark-grey PVC-coated fiberglass, minimum 18×16 mesh, UV-resistant and mildew-resistant. Quantity: approximately 150 pcs, with a reference outside frame size of 682 × 2032 mm. Final sizes will be confirmed later.
