We are looking for a complete laboratory-scale pilot plant for the production of soap noodles only. The scope of supply should include: - A 50 kg batch jacketed Crutcher with VFD agitator and temperature gauge. - Small dosing vessels for caustic solution and oils/fatty acids with transfer arrangements to the Crutcher. - A small vacuum spray dryer for drying soap mass into noodles. - A hopper for finished soap noodle collection and handling. - A simplex plodder for noodle formation.
