RFQ Information
I need a 4-quadrant DC drive for an existing permanent-magnet DC motor used as a CNC milling axis feed.
Essential requirements:
- Drive type: DC drive, 4-quadrant (regenerative), reversible with braking
- Armature output voltage: 150 VDC
- Continuous output current: 30 A (or nearest available ≥ 28 A)
- AC supply: 220 VAC, three-phase, 50/60 Hz
- Speed feedback: Analog tachogenerator, 20 V / 1000 rpm (40 V @ 2000 rpm)
- Speed reference: ±10 V analog
- Motor type: Permanent magnet, no field control needed
Desired protections (preferred, not mandatory):
- Overcurrent/current limit
- Overvoltage and undervoltage
- Overtemperature
- Motor short-circuit (terminal-to-terminal and to ground)
- Tachogenerator loss protection
