Inquiry about Semi-automatic multi-spindle screw fastening station NEW

We are looking for a semi-automatic screw fastening station to assemble electric fence posts made from aluminum profiles. The posts are 1000 mm long with 6 insulators per post at a 150 mm pitch. Screws required are Ø3.5 mm x 25 mm. Target output is 1200 posts per day. The machine must include an indexed jig for 1m posts, multi-spindle screwdriving with 3 spindles to fasten 3 insulators at once, then index 450 mm to fasten the remaining 3. It should have automatic screw feeding, torque control with OK/NOK result and alarm, emergency stop, and basic guarding.
