I am seeking the highest quality flock HTV for my clothing brand. White and black colors are mandatory, and I am open to purchasing any other colors if the quality is superb.
Specifications include:
- Thickness: 500-600 microns (noticeably raised but not sponge-like)
- Feel: firm, crisp flock (not fuzzy or loose)
- Durability: high wash resistance, fibers don't shed
- Peel: warm peel with a semi-milky carrier
- Edge quality: very sharp cuts, clean weed lines
I prefer a product similar to the 405 flocked vinyl from Hobby Lobby.
