We are seeking a supplier for mold fittings, specifically guide pillars and bushings, to be used in molds for manufacturing silicone special-purpose items.
Requirements include:
- Guide bushing dimensions: Ø20.5 X Ø12 X 20
- Guide pillar dimensions: Ø20.5 X Ø12 X 20 X11
- Plate sizes: 320x320 mm and 600x600 mm
- Tolerances: 0.01 mm (bushings 0.005-0.015 mm)
- Hardness: 58-62 HRC
- Surface finish: Ra 0.2-0.4
- Quantity: 1-4 pieces per size (4 pillars per mold)
- Material: hardened steel, with self-lubricating options preferred
