Inquiry about Steel Fittings Production Line

We aim to establish a manufacturing facility for producing steel fittings to meet two distinct applications. The first is for small diameter fittings used in high-pressure systems (Gas/Heating) with seamless pipes. The second is for large diameter fittings in water supply infrastructure using spiral seam (SSAW) pipes. For seamless fittings, we require mass production capabilities with: - Raw material: Carbon steel seamless pipes. - Diameter range: Ø32 mm – Ø108 mm. - Target annual volume: Approximately 180,000 units. - Product types: Elbows (90° and 45°), Tees (equal and reducing), Reducers (concentric and eccentric). - Technical requirements: Uniform wall thickness, beveled ends for welding, smooth surface finish. For welded segmental fittings, we need project-based production with: - Raw material: Carbon steel spiral seam (SSAW) pipes.
