Inquiry about Replaceable Toothbrush Heads

We require contract manufacturing for replaceable toothbrush heads (heads only) made from nylon 6, PP, or equivalent materials. The product must be compatible with click-on/click-off replacement systems.  

Pilot batch MOQ of 5,000-10,000 units required for market testing, with scalability for larger production. Manufacturer must provide technical confirmation regarding surface finish feasibility and metal-free anchoring solutions (copper-anchor tufting alternatives preferred).  

Certificates for food-grade/medical-grade plastics and documented experience in exporting to EU markets are mandatory. Please confirm production capabilities and pricing structure. Technical drawings can be provided for detailed specifications.
