Inquiry about FDY Spinning Machine

We plan to produce Nylon 6 FDY filament yarns using externally purchased chips without polymerization.  
We require two separate spinning lines: one for fine deniers (75D-150D) with high filaments (72F-144F), and another for medium deniers (150D-300D) with low filaments (12F-48F). Initial focus is on FDY production via direct spin-draw process, with a total capacity of 10,000-30,000 tons per year.  
We need recommendations for the best machinery setup, including detailed configurations and costs for components like extruders, spinnerets, godets, winders, and auxiliaries. Also, information on required raw materials (e.g., Nylon 6 chips, TiO2, spin oils), quantities per ton of output, current costs in China, and recommended suppliers. Additionally, an estimated cost from raw materials to finished product based on operations in China.
