Inquiry about Vulcanized Rubber Sheet for Shoe Soles NEW

We are an Israeli children's footwear brand producing in Vietnam, looking for a long-term supplier of thin vulcanized rubber sheet for kids and baby shoe outsoles. We need two types: A. Baby sole material: soft vulcanized rubber layer 0.8–1.0 mm, back-laminated with thin T/C knit fabric (~42 gsm), total thickness ~1.1–1.2 mm, supplied in rolls 50 cm wide, sold by the yard, with our embossed outsole pattern. B. Kids sole material: same compound, 2.5 mm thickness, supplied as 50×90 cm sheets, same embossed pattern. Critical requirements: - Hardness: Shore A 55–62 (soft) – standard hard soling sheet does not fit. - Abrasion: DIN 53516 ≤ 120 mm³ (target ≤ 100); Taber ASTM D3884 (H-18 wheel, 1,000 g load) – no hole after 30,000+ cycles. - Ross flex: 100,000 cycles at room temperature, 40,000 at −20°C, no cracking. - Density ~1.10–1.15; tensile ≥ 120 kg/cm²; elongation ≥ 420%; light fastness grade 4; no blooming. - Color: natural / GUM, uniform within and between batches. - Children’s chemical safety (EU market): free of PAHs, phthalates, heavy metals (Pb/Cd/Hg/Cr/Ni) and formaldehyde – batch test reports required, including the lamination adhesive. First order: ~500–1,000 yards (A) + 200–500 sheets (B), with repeating seasonal orders. We have an approved reference material and SGS test report.
