I am seeking to develop a slide sole for a client in the USA, to be manufactured in China. We are referencing a lululemon slide sole and will supply new branding.
Initial quantity is approximately 5000 units. I need cost estimates for mold costs per size and for the three components to manufacture 5000 pairs across 7 sizes.
The shoe is unisex, offered in sizes: Euro 37 (Women's 6, Men's 5), Euro 38 1/2 (Women's 7, Men's 6), Euro 40 (Women's 8, Men's 7), Euro 41 (Women's 9, Men's 8), Euro 42 1/2 (Women's 10, Men's 9), Euro 43 1/2 (Women's 11, Men's 10), Euro 45 (Women's 10, Men's 11). Memory foam is required in the middle inset.
The sole construction includes a bottom rubber layer, a middle layer of EVA combined with rubber, and a top layer with memory foam. This requires three separate molds.
