We are seeking a technology partner for the design and supply of a rotating ladle transfer car for our melt shop operations.
This equipment will function as a critical emergency backup system to transfer liquid steel from the Electric Arc Furnace to the Ladle Refining Furnace during crane failures or unplanned stoppages.
Key specifications include a rated capacity of 400MT, hot standby design for immediate operation, bogie system with wheel-load analysis, motorized 180° or 360° rotation, and high-precision positioning using laser or encoder systems.
We have a reference list for existing 300MT ladle cars and are prepared to share rail gauge and building layout upon receipt of initial technical feedback.
