Inquiry about Servo Press NEW

We are looking for a servo press for an assembly process involving bearing retention by controlled deformation (staking / crimping of a housing). Key requirements include nominal press force of 100 kN, servo-controlled system, force and position monitoring (force-displacement control), programmable pressing profiles, data recording of press curves, and PLC/controller interface for production integration. We need access to machine software source code or open programming interface, ability to modify HMI visualization, translate interface into Slovak, and access parameters for adding new products and press programs. We will manufacture most tooling but inquire if you can design and supply pressing tools based on our drawings. Please provide information on tooling design capabilities. Also required: technical specification of the 100 kN servo press, controller type (PLC/motion controller brand), HMI system, maximum stroke, working area, delivery time, and price quotation (FOB or CIF Europe). If available, include photos or brochures, electrical and mechanical drawings, and example of force-displacement curve control. This is for a prototype production line, with potential for future orders if requirements are met.
