We are developing a large-scale energy project for the American/Caribbean market and need a direct manufacturer for a long-term supply of 20 lbs (approx. 9 kg) LPG steel cylinders. Total projected volume is at least 500,000 units, starting with a trial order of 1-2 x 40’HQ containers.

Product requirements: ISO 4706 / EN 1442 or equivalent international standard, with valves meeting American market standard (POL / CGA 510 type and corresponding neck/shroud).

Destination port is Panama (Balboa or Cristobal). Mandatory third-party inspection (SGS or Bureau Veritas) before shipment. Target price is USD 15.00 per unit based on the full 500,000-unit project.

Please provide FOB and CIF quotations for the trial and mass production phases, along with technical data sheets and lead time for 1-2 containers.

I need to purchase CNG Type 2 cylinders for the Nigerian market. Specifications include water capacity of 100L to 120L, steel liner hoop-wrapped composite, working pressure of 200 bar, and test pressure minimum 300 bar. Standards required are ISO 11439, ECE R110, and GB 24160, with a service life of at least 15 years.

Documents must include individual test certificate, hydrostatic test report, and third-party inspection report (preferably BV or SGS).

Order quantity is 100 units, destination Lagos, Nigeria (Apapa). Shipping terms requested: quote for both FOB Shanghai/Ningbo and CIF Lagos. Packing should have plastic net protection and wooden pallet, loaded in 20ft FCL.

Payment terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against copy of Bill of Lading. Pre-shipment SGS inspection is mandatory at buyer's expense.
