RFQ Information
We require explosion-proof pressure switches for crude oil service with two specifications:
1. 6 units: Direct mount on pipe with ½″ NPT male. Operating pressure up to 2 barg, adjustable range -1 to 4 bar gauge. Temperature range -2°C to 75°C. SPDT dry contacts, Ex d IIC T6 Gb rating. 316L SS/PTFE-lined wetted parts.
2. 8 units: Same mounting with ½″ NPT. Operating pressure up to 14 barg, adjustable range 2-16 bar gauge. Identical temperature and explosion rating requirements.
All units must include certificates for explosion-proof compliance, material composition, and calibration. Suppliers must provide model numbers, lead time, warranty terms, spare parts availability, and documentation confirming ≤±0.5% FS repeatability.
