We are an air-conditioning equipment manufacturer based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for SCR / Thyristor power controllers for proportional control of electric heaters used in HVAC equipment. Preferred control power supply is 24 VAC with analog 0–10 VDC control signal input. Please quote suitable models for the following applications: - 4 kW resistive heater, single phase, 220–240 VAC load voltage. - 12 kW resistive heater, three phase, 380–415 VAC load voltage. - 36 kW resistive heater, three phase, 380–415 VAC load voltage. For each model, please confirm: model number, rated current, rated load voltage, single/three phase suitability, control power requirements (preferably 24 VAC), accepted control signals (especially 0–10 VDC, and whether 4–20 mA is available), control method, heatsink and cooling fan details, mounting arrangement, wiring diagram with 24 VAC power, 0–10 VDC signal and load connections, datasheet, product photo, certifications, and warranty period. Commercial details required: unit price per model, sample availability, MOQ, production lead time, freight cost to Dubai, UAE / DAP Dubai price if possible, and payment terms. If 24 VAC control power is not standard, please state available options and whether a 24 VAC version can be supplied without major MOQ or PCB modification.
