Inquiry about Long Staple Cotton Sateen Bedding NEW

We require OEM production of 400TC long-staple cotton sateen bedding sets with Chinoiserie-inspired designs. Material specifications:
- 100% long-staple cotton (Egyptian/equivalent quality), single-ply 60s-80s yarn
- 400TC sateen weave with mercerised and calendered finish

Design requirements:
1. Jacquard-woven base in Gold/Emerald colorways (woven pattern equivalent to 400TC density)
2. Dynasty Red variant with reactive digital print (black motif only)
3. Optional metallic filament must feature resin-sealed, wash-durable construction

Metallic thread specifications:
- Withstand ≥75 machine washes at 40°C without degradation
- High-tenacity soft metallic yarn (poly-wrapped/nylon-core lurex)
- Core-spun lurex requires OEKO-TEX certification (polyester/nylon core with gold metallised wrap, 20D-30D)
