Inquiry about Polypropylene Thread for Submarine Cable

I am seeking to purchase polypropylene thread for submarine cables in black and yellow colors. The required quantities are 33,000 kg black and 3,000 kg yellow.  
Manufacturer must be Jiangxi Longtai New Materials Co., Ltd.  
Technical specifications: linear density 2.5 g/m ±10%, thread diameter 2.5 mm ±0.5 mm, density 2200-2600 tex, tensile strength ≥500 N, elongation at break ≥10%, UV stabilization, S twist direction, twist rate 30-45 turns/m.  
General requirements: No splices, adhesions, knots, or breaks on bobbins; winding must be even without damage.  
Packaging requirements: Threads supplied on cardboard bobbins with outer winding diameter ≤280 mm, width 580-600 mm, inner hole diameter 39±1 mm, mass per bobbin 15-18 kg.  
Forecasted monthly consumption is 31 tons.
