RFQ Information
We require hydrophobic perlite insulation blocks for a thermal plant project. Specifications include:
- Density: 190–215 kg/m³
- Thickness: 100 mm
- Size: 0.9 m (L) × 0.5 m (W)
- Total Quantity: 4,500 sqm
- Packing: ±2.25 sqm per box (approx. 2,000 boxes total)
Additionally, we need putty and chemical for bonding with a required quantity of ±6,750 kg. Please confirm the recommended mix ratio and supply format.
We also require a perlite cutting machine with the following:
- Vertical plate cutting type
- Plate size: 24" × 24" × 1.5"
- Blade size: 1.5" × 130"
- Cutting depth: 16"
- Cutting capacity: 8" thickness
- Power: 3 HP / RPM 1440
- Include 25 spare blades
Kindly confirm compliance with the attached perlite insulation specification, provide technical datasheet and test certificates, lead time, pricing CIF Durban, packing details and total shipment volume, and availability of samples.
This material will be used for high-temperature insulation up to 650°C, so specification compliance is critical.
