Inquiry about R2R Fabrication System

We require a compact, integrated Roll-to-Roll fabrication system for high-precision, automated production of microfluidic chips, wearable health monitors, and electrochemical biosensors.

Key capabilities include roll-to-roll substrate handling with tension control and optical registration, UV laser micromachining module achieving 50 µm resolution or better, automated multilayer lamination with micron-level alignment, and an integrated software suite for real-time monitoring and quality control. An optional functional ink printing module is desired.

This system will support in-house prototyping and production, as well as services for partner institutions and research teams in North America.
