We need a manufacturer to design and build a custom automatic pad printing machine for printing realistic baitfish patterns onto our soft PVC plastisol swimbaits. Product details: - Soft PVC plastisol fishing swimbaits in sizes: 3 inch (76 mm), 4 inch (102 mm), 5 inch (127 mm), 6 inch (152 mm) - Patterns required: Atlantic mackerel, Pacific mackerel, sardine spots, anchovy, herring, and other baitfish patterns Machine requirements: - Automatic or semi-automatic operation - Initially one-color printing, upgradeable to two colors later - Servo indexing table or shuttle - Automatic ink cup - PLC touchscreen with English interface - CE certification preferred Tooling requirements: - Universal CNC aluminum fixture base - Four interchangeable inserts for 3", 4", 5" and 6" bait sizes Please provide a quotation for one unit.
